“The apartments themselves are alright. There's always going to be something down the line that you may not like no matter where you go but for the most part, I kinda like it. If anything else could make a housing unit look badly it would be it's tenants which I have to admit there are some here that just aren't the neighborly type but they're stuck with me & I can handle them for the most part. The staff here are back & forth but they do take care of the outside pretty regularly just having hard times trying to employ someone for maintenance that actually 'wants to work'. Still patiently waiting for a couple repairs but nothing extreme”

“Nephew and brother lived here. They keep the apartments well maintained. They come immediately when you have a maintenance request and go well beyond the call of duty to get any and all issues resolved quickly. They even change filters and check lightbulbs regularly”
