Their hours are 9 to1 M-F. They have upgraded all 5 facilities with new camera systems, upgraded their facility lighting so it is much brighter there at night, and have the local police departments driving through the facilities randomly every day.

Could never get assistance. GOT LOCKED INSIDE THE GATE AFTER HOURS because the keypad is always broken. Had to call the sherriff's department to get out!!!

Clean, facility, repaired immediately any reported necessary repairs as by person , self being myself, ad I called in. Matters were repaired immediately. Appeared secure, the units I used were well lit, roads were dished out to draw rains or watery substances away from the storage units doors that secure your items. Also a well choice of property it was on the main drive through town plus right next to the town's Administrative and police station.

Im never using Merriamwoods storage again and highly recommend you choose another place .Everytime you make a late payment they put a red lock on it , then when you make the payment they dont remove it till they feel like it !! sometimes up to a week. # they fn sux
