They had my Jeep for 2 months before they looked at it. Called me and told me I had a blown engine. So I asked them to look for a used engine to put in it, and was told they probably couldn't find one anyway. After 6 months of waiting I finally went and got the Jeep I had a rebuilt engine put in at 3 days later with 100,000 mile warranty and it runs wonderfully.

I made a delivery here and they were very friendly in unloading me. The place seemed busy which can be a very good sign. If you are delivering in a semi it's better to call them first so they can make sure there is room for you. You enter through the south exit and leave through the north exit. Take the highway north out of Ravanna to get there. Hope I get too deliver to them again, they were cool guys. They do have a facility to use but I don't think they would allow over night parking although I did not ask them.

Went down in person to have them look at job and quote it ,moving axles and removing a rock box . Larry told me he would call me next day with quote . Called him a week later " sorry got it in front of me now will call tommorow" been a month .Not going to do business with someone who doesn't care to have mine.

We live four hours away in Kansas and were visiting nearby Mercer. We discovered a flat tire a little after 7 am on a Saturday and were calling around trying to find someone open that could help. We reached Willis Garage a little after 730 and he had us taken care of by 830. We highly recommend them. They told us they would answer anytime, anyway. Thanks service was very much appreciated!
