Love the customer service. Courtney did such an amazing job during my service! The women at the shop were very welcoming. They make you feel very secure and safe, not just a way to make money. The diversity with in the shop is amazing and felting very welcoming to all who walked the door.
I will definitely be rebooking and sending friends and family that way!

Amazing experience from the start! Super professional and helpful and answered all my questions as I had them. I felt very insecure at first and didn’t know what to expect before going in, but the second I got there I felt welcomed and at ease. I was impressed at their knowledge of my skin type and the diversity of the services offered for all skin color/types!

This is one of the most professional and comfortable spas I have ever had the pleasure of going! Courtney, Gabby, Susan, and Kelly always make me feel so comfortable! I recommend anyone and everyone to give this place a go! They are WONDERFUL!

Love this place snd wouldnt consider going anywhere else. I have been going to Susan for years and sometimes other staff members. All are excellent at their craft, professional, friendly & efficient. Threading not only looks better, but lasts so much longer then waxing. Thank you for consistently excellent service & great pricing!

SO FAST SO PERFECT!!!I had really big self esteem issues because of my eyebrows, but the lady who worked on my eyebrows today, not only was she fast, but she gave me amazing eyebrows, I will definitely be returning, I highly recommend this place ❤❤❤

what a solid find. A walk in place is perfect for me as a mom with an unpredictable schedule. The prices and hours are great! I stopped getting my lip threaded because it hurt too badly. I told the girl working and she seriously did it in under 3 min. She was amazing! This will be my new regular spot.

The services here are great, but I think I’m in the market for a new brow place. I can’t stand to wait 40+ minutes every time I go in. I’m writing this as I’ve waited currently 45 minutes here with just one person cleaning up their brows here. But on multiple occasions, I’ve walked in and waited EXTREMELY long amounts of time (similar to today) with only one person getting a typical 10-15 minute service done in front of me. I understand wanting to spend a little extra time to get the “perfect” brow for every client, but 45 minutes for a brow threading service (no tint!!!) is absolutely insane. I am not a confrontational person and will not complain to the staff if they’re doing their best, but this wait time only happens with one staff member (Kelly). When it’s the other brow technician, I am in and out in 20 minutes at the most! Unfortunately they no longer take appointments for threading services, but walk in wait times of minimum 40 minutes is ridiculous. This place has seen such a tremendous decline from the time I started coming here about 4 years ago. Laziness and poor management, I guess. Although they do a good job, I will find somewhere else that values and respects their customers time. I would not recommend them at all!

I have been coming here consistently since they were in the mall and I believe that was around 15 years ago! I will not trust anyone else with my brows. They are so thorough and listen to your requests. Threading lasts so much longer than waxing and I love the shape threading gives. Go check it out!
