First time here and I have only good things to say. The ambiance sets a relaxing tone, with its dim lighting, plush seating, and balkan music. The decor is thoughtfully designed, featuring intricate tapestries, and a cozy arrangement that encourages both socializing and intimate conversations.
The menu offers an impressive variety of hookah flavors. The staff is knowledgeable and very very attentive, always ready to recommend the best combinations and ensure that the hookahs are set up perfectly. The smoke quality is excellent, smooth and flavorful, providing a consistently enjoyable experience. Thank you for having us!

I visited this place yesterday as a recommendation and I will NOT be returning. My waitress was EXCELLENT (Drea) and I loved her personality. She was the ONE thing that got this place the ONE star I gave. The other patrons were noticeably RUDE to her and management just stood by and allowed it. They treated her as if she was infected or something. They barely made eye contact if any at all, they threw their money at her when she had her hand out and I sat as they GOSSIPED about her. I don’t understand the point in having a waitress THIS great if she’s going to be treated poorly by patrons AND management. It was too much, I tipped her extra and left. That was upsetting and depressing to say the least.

I go to the Express Coin Laundry in the same strip mall. I don't know what a Shisha Lounge is, but I don't think this 72 y/o lady would be comfortable going there.

Terrible service. The server (women) kept coming to us and telling us you can’t have the hookah on the table, put your feet off the table, you cant have any drinks on the table ?♂️ what’s wrong with these workers. I come here to relax and enjoy my time

Omg! My friend & I enjoyed ourselves at this hookah lounge. When we walked in we sat ourselves, the bar guy came over & greeted us, we asked for menus. He gave us time to pick our flavors. The atmosphere was laid back sooo chill, it wasn't busy when we got there, we were the only ones in there for majority of our stay. As for the music goes, it was mainly Arabic music. But the vibe was a vibe for sure. The bar guy was extremely nice & made us feel very comfortable, should of gotten his name but he was light skin & very handsome. We will definitely come back again to this lounge.

Abraham and everyone who works there is so nice and chill. The whole experience is so chill yet so fun.
Everything is nice and clean, including the bathrooms. The flavors are super good too. Only downside is alcohol is a expensive. $5 for a beer

WOW WHAT AN AMAZING ATMOSPHERE AND STAFF!!! Great hookah and drinks but the atmosphere and the hospitality of the employees really took it over the top for me!!! THIS IS MY NEW GO TOO SPOT!!!

I come twice a month to this place and relax on the sofa with hookah. No one questioned on how we sit on the sofa earlier or atlesst from the past 1 year of my visits. The staff Lady was very rude on saying to keep by legs down from the sofa twice…Disappointed and would not recommend anyone to visit again.
