Solid place. Called ahead. Had a tech waiting for me with bay open upon arrival, great job all around by, Mandy the service manager, Jessica, parts and service support and Hunter, shop foreman/ lead tech. Up and rolling in no time!

I was having an issue with my Carrier APU's air conditioning. Even though they had a full schedule, they got me right in. They couldn't fix it *parts backorder* but identified the problem quickly and told me what was needed so I could have the part waiting for me.If I could give one 6 star rating per month, Gateway would get this month's.

Very fair price and top of the line service. Fast and efficient shop. Friendly and knowledgeable techs very generous maneuvering to move truck into bays for servicing. Will be back when in the area and recommend to my reefer pulling brothers and sisters. Thanks guys for a job well done wasn't much of a job but it shows no matter how big or small the job service and professionalism is given to all. You've definitely earned my business and went above and beyond my expectations.

One of the best place to get your equipment fixed. They got my reefer fixed. They did not try to rip me off by adding stuff that were not necessary. Couple belt, valve and some regular reefer servicing. I was happy.
