I didn't get the pleasure of buying a car here, but I DID get to witness an employee display amazing representation for the company and the company's reputation. Outstanding leadership qualities and very professional. I can say that I'm impressed with your employee, Zach, and would like to see him get the recognition he deserves for being an ideal employee!

I had an outstanding experience here. I live in the Kansas City area, and dealt with Marshall over the phone. He made the process very simple. He was patient and determined to find just he right car to fit my needs! They even delivered my car to me. I highly recommend Tri-State and Marshall!

I get it, car salespeople are supposed to sport a wonderful personality and great customer service, but the friendly folks at Tri-State Ford exceeded my marks. My partner and I wanted a new car and this place (a good 86 miles from Downtown KC) was the only place that carried the specific kind of Jeep that we were looking for. We road tripped up there and test drove it and subsequently fell in love with it. Although we were already sold on the car, the guys in the office genuinely wanted us to understand what kind of undertaking we were getting ourselves into. It wasn't bad by any means, but they gave us honest credit counseling (at no charge!) to get this vehicle paid off as soon as possible. Now, I know when I'm getting BS-ed, and they certainly were not BS-ing us on anything about this purchase. I felt confident when we drove our newest addition off the lot and I would recommend anyone's next car purchase from these guys, even if it is a good hop-skip-and-a-jump from good ole KC. These guys know how to sell cars and be honest about it. Kudos.
