I moved to Maryville a few years ago and made an appointment at the wrong place. Once I made it to the right part of Tri-State (I have a Jeep warranty), it was 4:30pm on a Friday. They didn’t have any appointments left open, but ended up squeezing me in right away. It probably didn’t seem like a big deal to them, but they’ve earned my business as long as I live in Maryville.

After experiencing horrible customer service at Carmax... from a mistake they made. Dana (all staff) at Tri- state provided excellent service to me and my husband. Even after we purchased our vehicle we were supported. Whenever we need another vehicle we'll make the drive back to Maryville!
