Rude the moment my daughter and I walked in. We asked for a fill, and the woman responded that they didn’t “have time”. There were only two customers in the establishment… She did not even try to tell us a time we could come back, or try to get our business at all. Poor way to run a business I think they need to take their walk-ins welcome sign off their window if this is how they’re going to treat people that walk into their business. Sad. SMH

Not a review trying to see how much it would cost to get my nails done like this! I am wanting them alittle long like coffin but squared! Well my friend is actually wanting to know but I was just trying to find out for her!! Thank you

I have written less than 6 reviews in my lifetime, hesitate writing this one as my very first negative posting but the experience with Sam and his rudeness, rush and pompous behavior was in my 30 years of having nails, the "poorest level" of service I have ever experienced. He was more interested in a revolving chair of customers than taking time to file, shape and keep my nails in the beautiful shape they arrived in. I left with flat, wide, unshaped ugly nails while berated loudly /constantly for not relaxing. Note to Sam, very tough Salon atmosphere to relax in coupled with your sanding painfully hitting my skin, is cause to not relax!! Recommendation NO, relaxing NO, cheap products yes, no time to file nails or provide Customer Service as want you "in/out/next". Shameful experience, Sam knows it, I called him upon leaving his Salon from the parking lot as to not be a rude customer in front of his Client base even tho he was publicly rude and loud to me and thought nothing of it in front of a Salon full of customers. His actions, had other Customers attention saying sorry to me for his behavior. Again, I don't write negative reviews but honestly was so taken back Sam that this one warranted a heads up to others. Lastly, using a language barrier as justification to be abrupt, is unacceptable. Language comes from the heart and Customers feel your words, temperament and the environment you create.Service: Gel manicures

Took my granddaughter to get her nails done for Prom. Friendly staff. They did a great job in a timely manor.

Stopped in without an appointment for a pedicure. They were not very friendly or inviting, but did get me in. The lady who did it did an okay job, but certainly did not put much into it. My toenails looked nice, but I'm usually a pretty good tipper. She got the minimum, because that was the kind of service I got...minimum.

My Granddaughter went and had her nails done as a Birthday present from me. There was to much Polish there two nails that had what looks like a tear drop on them. The person that did them, had to fix some of the others as you'll see I am posting. We will not be recommending this service to anyone. They wouldn't even refund at least half the money. Charged her $70 on top of that.I will not be recommmending this business to anyone and I courageing them to go else where. Even wanted her to come back to fix them for a third time. No she's not they should have fixed the problems by the second time.Services: Waxing
