In addition to the necessary Covid vaccine and boosters, Rogers Pharmacy staff offers advice and information, without my asking for it. Besides, a great grandpa (me) does not know what to ask, anyway. I remember receiving the first polio sugar cubes that contained the polio-prevention med, way back in 1953 or 1954 at Horace Mann elementary school in Maryville.

We switched our family prescriptions several years ago and have encouraged others to do so. Small town personal service is spectacular. It makes you feel like you're family but also knowing that you have years of expertise ready to assist you.

Unfortunately I don't have the best health so we frequent pharmacy's often. Rogers has some very nice people that really want to help but we come out of there very frustrated more often than not. We get notice's that prescriptions are ready to pick up only to get there and find out they don't even have the medicine yet. We've been told numerous times that our scripts are on hold (no explanation why when asked) so they can't be filled...only to find out that there wasn't a problem and we've been sent on a wild goose chase for nothing. Today I was told that I had refills on medications...I went to fill said medicines and was then told there are NO refills. I called in the am because I had a Dr's appointment where I could have gotten the refill taken care of. So very frustrating!

Customer service is great, prescriptions are always ready quickly. My old pharmacy made me wait 3 to 4 days for a prescription, but Rogers is quick to respond. Excellent service!
