Got screwed big time. Had a 26' box truck winched out of a muddy gravel road 30 miles from their shop. Was booked through our leasing company so they took full advantage of putting the screws to them / us. Charged $1700 for 1 wrecker to come out "because they had to send the big one" They had a little bit of trouble finding where we were, that was their best explanation for why it was so expensive. We could have hired someone out of Kansas City to run up there for less. It was less than 3 hours from the time they got the call to when we were easily pulled out for $1700 ... wow! We have their pictures and invoice to prove the carnage. If you're a trucker in a bind I would go elsewhere or they'll take full advantage of you also.
