Switched to Verizon, within 24 hours, we had no ability to call or text. Unable to reach anyone by phone, even through another working phone. Disappointed!

I have been a customer for many, many, many years. As the years go by the service gets worse. They no longer fix anything in store. They carry very little options for androids. What's worse is since they were supposedly forced to shut down some network, causing phones to no longer work, forcing people to upgrade, the network has been hit or miss. My cell consistently kicks me off the network where emergency calls are the only thing allowed. Many times my phone will decide to just stop receiving calls or texts. I used to get service where i live, now making phone calls is a pain because of signal loss.

Been with NWC since 1996. Time to move on. NWC has not fulfilled their 5 county calling signal reception. Terrible service.

This is my current cell phone provider has decent service and internet for around here. Except when under a metal roof or way out in the country some where or in a really small town around here then you might have some problems.

Very disappointed, These people like to take your money and give you A lame excuse about the phone THEY sold you and not stand behind the product even when then phone had already been sent off 2 times in just A little over 1 year. Shop elsewhere!!

We have been NWMC customers since the beginning. They can't be beat for local coverage in rural NW Missouri but their coverage is nationwide as well.
