My F350 wouldn’t start after shutting it off, I called Travis and he was able to look at it the following day. Turned out to be the starter. He had it repaired and back on the road the same day! Thanks for the prompt and quality service!Service: Engine repair

I have a freshman daughter at the university. I sent here to Northwest Auto to have an issue with her car diagnosed. We live in KC, and I usually handle all of our car maintenance needs. These guys took a look at it, and contacted me with their recommendations. I would say without a doubt they are trustworthy and honest. I appreciate how they handled everything.

I went in for a check engine light diagnostic and the guy was super friendly! Didn’t even charge for the diagnostic! I’m bad at being an adult but he didn’t make me feel stupid lol. Even helped me back out of a small space bc I suck at driving. Highly recommend for college students and young drivers.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
