Worst service towards customers and totally changed my look never imagine that worse haircut went for an regular haircut she’s not at willing to get customers attention. Worse thing is that she didn’t dry my hair in-spite of that she kept the one of the worse hair cream before hair drys.Smells very BAD and felt AWKARDD!!!! ?????Never suggests to my friends as well and better to try it on our own rather than visiting the Hair It Is. Horrible customer service, beautician looked @ my son with the most hateful look...her attitude stunk, didn't bother to try to make small talk or any conversation @ all. Just asked my son how he wanted his hair cut. My family has went to this establishment before, the service has always been great till this incident.

Wonderful hair stylist! She friend's hair for her wedding and it was beautiful! She also washed my hair and made mine light and fluffy! Definitely recommended!

I can't say I had a bad experience with this business because they LOST my appointment. I made an appointment to get a haircut and style, when I arrived they had no idea who I was. Very disappointing because I do not get alot of time off and had to reschedule with a different salon.
