I brought my dog in multiple times in the course of a month because he was very sick. Doc did not run any tests all he did was push on his abdomen. He prescribed medication for my dog that made him cry and shake in pain, doc said he just had a sensitive stomach. My dog suffered until he passed away from the suspected cancer that doc overlooked or just plain ignored. My dogs are my children and this vet clinics neglected my baby when he needed help the most.

They do a great job of taking care of our dog, even though he is very temperamental. They are very kind and caring and willing to work with us to give him the best care.

Dr. Francis was able to get us in extremely quickly, he and his assistant have been so kind and caring! We were looking for an emergency vet, and now we are staying. He's answered all of our questions, and really has taken the time to educate us on our situation. Couldn't be happier we found him. ❤️

Very polite, but could not get my service dog in to her claws trimmed. Was booked for at least the next 3 weeks.

I had to call the office to request a records transfer for my horses. I spoke with Sandy who was very unprofessional and rude. I was hung up on and when I called back to ask to speak to the manager she said she was manager. I will be informing everyone NOT to go here. Which is unfortunate because Dr Francis was a very nice vet. I hope he hires a new manager!

First Veterinary Clinic that my dog let the doctor examin her and trim her nails with no fuss she trusts him. She likes the technicians too, they are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
