I had made an online appointment a month in advance for a wedding I was attending. Keep in mind this online appointment was made through their own website! I get a confirmation email after making my appointment and get follow up emails about my appointment up to an hour before my scheduled time. I go into the store at my scheduled time and am turned away because they don’t take online reservations.

Made an appointment for a full set and they turned me away when I said I wanted an ombré because they didn’t have enough time. Poor customer service. I also had to wait 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. ?

Need to update their online appointments to not working. I'm from out of town and didn't know they only take appointments over the phone. I booked for my two daughters and I online and got confirmation. We showed up at our appointment and saw a sign on the door they only take appointments over the phone. I'm sorry but how would I know that not being from Maryville. Needless to say they won't ever be getting my money if I ever come back.
