Store is fairly clean. A lot of empty shelves, very minimal selection of merchandise. Not sure if the Halloween Candy was leftover from last year or if they put this year's out early because they needed to have something on the shelf for customers to buy. Also saw a few seasonal items they are still trying to sell from last X-Mas

Cigarettes are very expensive there, and the advertisement of other business on public seating benches is very takie and questionable.

Pros: This place has a large selection and the majority of the staff was very helpful and nice. Cons: My checkout experience was horrible. When I went up to the registers the lady who was working behind the counter rudely suggested I use the self checkout. Fine. I'm good with that. I scan the first item. It told me that they are currently not taking cash is that ok? I see nowhere to click yes or continue and am just lost at how to proceed. She comes over and rudely tells me the touch screen has to be facing me. Im sorry, I don't work here and didn't know that. She then sees a man standing behind me and tells him she can help him on the next register if he is ready. At this point I am a little irritated that two seconds before she couldn't be bothered to help me, but could help him. Next time I think I will just drive to HyVee or Walmart.

Lots of variety at this store for a decent price. We have 2 of them in Maryville. They also sell smokes and tobacco at the register. Good place to go for couponing it's clean an kid friendly has cheap toys and all kinds of seasonal stuff for every season.
