I can't say enough good things about store manager Hunter!
Had an issue that was entirely my fault, and he handled it with GREAT customer service.
Young man deserves a raise.
I'd be willing to offer him a position at my company any day!

People are great. Change the ridiculous freezer doors. They are never stocked with what the image shows, and it makes it more difficult to find what you need because you start opening all of them.

No more, I have to switch pharmacies! They never have my prescription ready and today I have came back when they told me to and still not ready. They said we have had a busy day, well me too. I get that things happen, but I came here yesterday, and they could not fill my script as they were out. Came back today, said they had it in, come back at 4. I am here at almost 5, still not ready. This happens slot here and some of the employees are rude at times. I am done.
Edit: on 5.29.2024 I tried this store once more....still terrible. I had 200.00 of purchases and returned everything. This was my 3rd attempt in the past two weeks buying items, each time their FSA is not labeled correctly. Please just go to CVS in Bridgeton. The manager just looked at me and says "its not our fault". It my not be, but in customer service please try. I will be honest, I was not the best customer after trying again and again, but Walgreens should know what FSA means. Still not a helpful store, but then again look at their rating. Uggggg....wasted trip. They have totally lost my business. I really want to shop in Maryland Heights, but why when I get better customer service in Bridgeton.

The photography lady is rude, I don't know if it's because I don't speak English fluently but the truth is she doesn't have ANY patience at all. I know that I should do everything possible to make myself understood and I did but the lady didn't feel like dealing with me and she didn't want to help me. with the connection to the kiosk and I had to do it alone that doesn't bother me but the truth is if I had done everything possible to help me my stay in that place wouldn't have been so long apart from the fact that it looked at me badly and was a bit racist it seemed to me but well I wish the lady improve your mood because it was very uncomfortable to be there

Only came here a couple times and my experience was terrible. The main problem was the employees, they generate a bad mood and attitude and just come to work giving everyone a hard time. Also, they have no patience. Whatever you do, do not come here.

I was having trouble finding the correct shade of foundation when Marcie came to see if I needed any help. Not only did Marcie help me, but somehow she made what would've been a super stressful trip to the store turn into an experience I'll always remember!As a darker skinned black woman, it can be extremely challenging to find foundation that truly matches my skin tone. It took us a few tries to find it, but Marcie stayed calm and determined to help me find the color, coverage, and primer I needed. Because of her help, the make-up section no longer looks intimidating to me anymore! I thank God for sending Marcie my way today, she went above and far beyond to help and educate me and that was exactly what I needed. Thanks again Marcie!!

A prescription for an 8 year old with strep throat was filled with huge Penicillin tablets, which the mother realized before leaving. Her request for a liquid format for the child with a sore throat was denied.... allegedly requiring a new prescription. The poor child could not swallow the huge tablets and continued to suffer until a "new" prescription was sent!! Does the pharmacist not check the age of the recipient to ensure appropriate formulation.inadequate dispensing, and thoughtless and insensitive pharmacy...

I hate to pile on with the negative reviews but I have to agree about the rude person at the photo counter. I was very polite but was very short with me because I didn't know the size of the photo, just the name.The CVS across the street is much better. I only went here for photos but I will probably stop doing that too.

I created several custom items here for gifts last year and attempted to do the same this year. Walgreens website photo shop is non functional and online help was embarrassingly vacant after several attempts to receive help. The store manager at this location contacted online photo support and their incompetence failed him as well. I then attempted to create these products at the store kiosk and that was also unsuccessful. The people in the store were friendly but they also couldn’t determine why both the Walgreens website and in store kiosk weren’t functional.(They observed & confirmed both) Walgreens has sadly given up on customer service and customer care. I won’t make the mistake of allowing them to disappoint me again in the future.Close your photo department if you aren’t willing or able to handle that business.

Horrible customer service! Do yourself a favor go other stores instead. The employees is not able to accomplish a simple task of photo picking up but she is a genius and professional to kick customer out of store! By the way her name is Pam.

I wish I'd read the reviews of this location before sending all my prescriptions here. I will be moving my prescriptions to CVS since this walgreens regularly has me late on refills regardless of automated refills. I have had to drive there 3 time this week since now one cares to update anything less you physically tell them. If your life depends on your script, don't go to this Walgreens bc they literally would let you die on their watch.

Got my passport photos here. Photo tech was a white lady with short gray hair (Tammy). What’s with the attitude? She was rude and she reacted as if I spoiled her entire day by asking her to take my picture. Idk if it’s because I’m brown or she was having a bad day. No smile, no greeting and no eye contact. Took exactly 30 secs to click the picture. Did not even show me the pictures or asked any questions. Went straight to printing. She asked if I needed the soft copy in USB and I said yes. She forgot and later told me it was too late for her to get me the USB. It takes one min to get the pic onto usb and do another transaction. Pay attention to what the other person is saying and maybe you’ll not miss it and be kind. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind.
