So many terrible experiences. Staff has “accidentally” deleted prescriptions. To which they made ZERO attempts to remediate their mistake. another time they filled a prescription and then LOST the bag. But since it was already filled by them and they misplaced it, they made me wait 2 hours while they looked for it. Staff has little to no experience dealing with insurance. Have no expectations of having your refill on time OR when they notify you that the medication has been fulfilled. Always out of stock of common meds. Their phone lines are always busy BECAUSE they suck at their job.Staff does not care about you or anyone else. They will not show remorse or any sort of remediation for their mistakes. If they are out of stock of a generic, they will fill it as the name brand WITHOUT ASKING YOUR PERMISSION. Even though it is not covered by your insurance. Which they should be well aware of, and even if the script WAS for the generic.

My prescription medication was told to be filled on same day by the doctor but when I reached to walgreen they said come after 2 hours after waiting for 1 hours in line.Even a lady was too rude to answer for about points or coupons I had and how I can use them.Worst service.

The reviews that other people have posted are accurate. This is the worst place to send your prescriptions to be filled. It always takes an inordinate amount of time no matter when you go. This is just the latest of many bad experiences with this place: I called to see if I would be able to pick up a prescription the same day it was called in and they assured me it would be ready by 5:25pm. I went in and after waiting in line for half an hour, was told it would be another hour. So at just before 7pm I called to make sure it was ready and was told they hadn't even started it yet and couldn't tell me if or when it would be ready but I was welcome to come wait for it. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else!

Worst service. Always had to wait for at least 30 minutes and the staff says issue with their system. This happened multiple times. Inefficient and rude staffs.

Pharmacy is slow and rude. Had two go back four times before my pickup was ready. They said they would call when it was ready and never did.

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I moved to the area about 1.5 years ago and I’ve never had a great experience with the pharmacy. Terrible customer service and extremely long hold items. I can travel 20 minutes outside of my way and have a much better experience. They don’t know what they’re doing at all. Go elsewhere!

This Walgreens is absolutely awful. Each time I've come to the pharmacy whether inside or drive thru, the wait time is extensive. If I could give this location a negative 10 review, I would.

The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. I moved to the area about 1.5 years ago and I’ve never had a great experience with the pharmacy. Terrible customer service and extremely long hold items. I can travel 20 minutes outside of my way and have a much better experience. They don’t know what they’re doing at all. Go elsewhere!

I had an ideal experience receiving my second of two shingles vaccine here. i scheduled the appointment online, went to the pharmacy upon arrival. they took my ID, after a few minutes the gave me a simply questionnaire to complete. They led me to the small room and a lovely pharmacy tech administered the shot and handed me a receipt showing I owed nothing as insurance covered the cost. in all I'm out in 15 minutes. compare that to CVS' MinuteClinic for the first vaccine who made me wait 10 minutes before anyone came out of there room. led me in and copied my insurance card and after a bit got the shot but they couldn't process the claim. I called three different occasions after repeatedly getting a $179 invoice. Now they sent me to a collection agency. Ill stick with Walgreens on Dorsett from here on.

Pam needs an attitude adjustment and awareness. She keep the line long with many mistakes with lots of customers. And what frustrating is she needs to learn to listen and explained properly. I was confused with the rewards and deals instead she just angrily stated the phone number (all she said) like what about my phone number?...I didn't know the rewards and deals was connected with my phone number, I can't read her mind. She's unfriendly and seem to be miserable; her attitude rubbed many the wrong way. Her actions was not appropriate, uncalled for and needs to be adjusted or find her a new position with less customer interactions.

Pharmacy gives false confidence they can fill a prescription in a reasonable time. Trying to call them is a waste of electricity. I've driven down after being on the phone for nearly an hour. This does not look favorable either. This location does a disservice to the community and tries to serve.

Lazy (on the phone at the register!!) customer service! I should have known better than to expect curtesy or prompt service. Such a lazy generation of customer service, no wonder people just shop online now.

Absolutely terrible staff. They never have prescriptions filled on time ever. Auto refill does not work. There phone system for refiling prescriptions does not work. They don't have medications in stock. The staff is rude and incompetent. The drive thru is broken half the time. They are almost impossible to get a hold of over the phone. They always have objections to filling my prescriptions for muscle relaxants so every time I have to have the doctors office call and “straiten then out”. It is a never ending litany of problems and delays and they are rude incompetent and cronicly understaffed.
