Put a birthday card in one of there mailboxes outside the post office for my daughter in Ames Iowa on Oct 5 , her birthday was October 13 and as of today October 16 the card has not been delivered! Piss poor service, all they do is raise the rates to mail stuff then lose the letters !

If I could give this negative stars I would. This post office received my package this past Tuesday afternoon and it still has not been scanned. Also with the message of package acceptance pending. Why? I literally ordered something from the same company last week and received it last Friday and I live in Florida and never had this issue. And the 3 customer service reps I spoke to who read from their script were no help. I want my package ASAP and considering these other reviews you may need a new management team because this is unacceptable. I hope I receive a reply telling me this is being worked on immediately.

My packages continue to be sent back or marked unable to deliver because the delivery driver does not want to drop it off. An excuse was even made that “no one lives there any longer.” This is unacceptable!

Just read the other reviews, more of the same. One nice "man" in there. It's sad in the end the people pay to get abused by her.Don't Deal with her!!!GO TO THE MAIL STORE ON DORSETT everyone in the store is helpful or sweet and easy to deal with. It's across from McDonald's.

My packages have been given to another person and I had to go to that person and ask for my package. My packages continue to be marked too large or full mailbox. This is not true we have a large secured package room. Only USPS continues to fail to use the package room. I have had to pick up my packages multiple times and jam them in my car because of this location failing to deliver packages.

I agree with other reviewers hands down the worst customer service around. There are plenty of other post offices around go to one of them instead! I admittedly hit the wrong button on the transaction pad. The clerk chastised me for doing it and said now I was stuck with what I selected. I asked if we could cancel the transaction since we weren't done yet. She said, "no, you really need to learn to read better". "You'll have to pay the extra $3." It's 3 dollars so not worth my time arguing. While I am completing the transaction, she tells everyone that they should pay attention to what they are doing and mumbles something about customers and their problems. This was shortly after the office opened for the day. I feel sorry for all the people who have to deal with this lady who clearly doesn't like working with nor helping the public. Save your frustration go someplace else!
