I’ve NEVER in my life experienced such awful customer service. Definitely do not recommend.

1. Customer service does not take responsibility for their part in the delays.2. They have been introducing new policies affecting customers each month for the past three months: March, April, and May of 2023.- It is your responsibility to communicate policy changes, not the customers' responsibility to keep up with your internal corporate policies.3. Calling to place an order is not just necessary, but mandatory. You should also follow up with their team daily until you receive a tracking number. Currently, they no longer provide tracking numbers.4. When I place an order they do not raise any issues. You call back no issues. and a week later they trip about some new polices and blame on the customers.5. Try emailing your complaints, they don't respond to you.I've never encountered a business like this before. The issue lies with the employees. I've utilized their services for over a year and have observed the pharmacy's decline. It's only getting worse.I refilled my medication and was promised delivery by Saturday. However, when I called them on Saturday, they still had my order because they hadn't processed the payment. I had previously provided all necessary information, but they did not request payment details. This appears to be a new policy since I last spoke to them in April 2023. They blamed it on the customer, AGAIN.Others are receiving their medications without any issues. Why are there unnecessary delays for some people? It's crucial to ensure this isn't a racial matter. At the moment, I can't help but feel that way given how your employees treat your customers. It's back-to-back horrible experiences.Professionalism = 1.5 / 5Customer Service = 1.5 / 5Actual Service = 2.5 / 5Being Reasonable = 0 / 5For the first 7-8 months, the services performed as expected and everything ran smoothly. Now, what the hell? You should not blame your consumers for your own mistakes.- JOB

Horrible!!!! Takes forever to get your prescriptions. I use Done for my ADHD medication and I really wish they would not use this company anymore. They are horrible. Do not send your prescriptions here. I literally called them multiple times a week and asked them if my prescription is shipped every time they claim oh we don't have a note for this or we don't have payment. They've had the same payment information in the system for months. They're absolutely incompetent and ridiculous.

0 stars. Apparently they are in bed with Done ADHD who prescribes adderall etc online and it is legal for them to not fill a prescription for an unpaid balance to a third party company? (The balance was paid and the prescription was sent yesterday to them but Done hasn’t updated them about their account status yet because they also suck but that’s a story for another time). The question I’m sitting here contemplating is how is it legal for them to withhold medication for a balance owed to another company. ? guess that’s a question for a good lawyer. Will be switching both companies as they are both terrible and the meds and are always late even with active outreach, paying for expedited shipping, and proactively trying to make sure everything I need to do is on time, which causes withdrawal symptoms and less productive work days and really affects my life. Avoid if you need reliability and your medications daily.

So bad. They are so unhelpful and just keep telling you the script will be sent out in 24 to 48 hours without investigating faster. The staff answering the phones are very rude and make no attempt to help you. These are life sustaining medications and they could not care less. I’ve submitted a complaint to the Missouri state board of pharmacy and I suggest others do the same so that someone in ownership or management actually addresses these issues

Definitely has been unreliable. Takes them 3 weeks sometimes to even get to prescription to ship and by the time you get it, you're a month off your medication.

I’ve been using RX Outreach for quite some time now. I experienced my first hiccup with them about a month ago. In contrast to some of the experiences I’ve read about, they helped me troubleshoot my issue promptly & the interaction left me feeling impressed. Life happens sometimes & this is not a typical occurrence which was also resolved very quickly. The company has a mission that I appreciate which is helping those in need of affordable medications necessary to maintain their health. They make delivery convenient. (even through text) The representatives I’ve spoken with have been eager to help. In recent times they have experienced growth in customers as a company & had to work out some kinks, but I have faith they have taken measures to continue delivering the services they’ve always taken pride in.

Horrible experience. I have used them for a little over a year, and not once has my medication been on time. This most recent experience my medication was damaged in the mail, and returned back to them before it ever made it to me. It has been 26 days and I still do not have my medication. My Dr, and I have requested documentation from them proving the issue multiple times with ZERO response from them. I have called every day for the last 9 days and still no action has been taken.

I am not one to write reviews but I had to say something here. Before going with them, I would look at the recent reviews before considering using this company as most of their customers are seeing a similar issue. My issue is the same as other various customers. I have been waiting weeks for an essential script, have called multiple times, and it's still in processing. I am out of my meds because of their inability to complete a service that I paid them to provide. Just use your local pharmacy if you can, this business offers selling points that it's infrastructure cannot provide.

this company is ridiculous. it took me over 2 months to get started on my medication because someone didn’t press the right button when they already had all my information that i’d given them 3 different times. now it’s time for a refill and it’s been a nightmare. they’ve left multiple voice mails saying there’s an issue with my medication and it just says “processing” but i have been on hold for 2+ hours every day without anyone answering the phone to get to the bottom of this. this type of delay in healthcare for patients medications is unacceptable and dangerous. i have a filed a report with the board of pharmacy. DO NOT USE RX OUTREACH!

Anything with this company takes a week, you would think it's government funded. You will miss you medication and it will throw off your whole system constantly playing catch-up.

I have been without my medication for three weeks and RX Outreach is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. Everything is automated and ive spent ten hours on hold this week trying to resolve this issue. They apparently had a new rule where they needed a copy of my ID and instead of telling me so I could get my mediction in a timely manner they just put my medication on hold and it took me forever to be able to get in contact with someone and after I sent them my ID last week they said they received it and that they would send my medication immediately and they still have not sent it and ive been calling and emailing everyday and not a single person has helped me. If you are thinking of using this service try calling their help line to see how impossible it is to get help from them. These people should not be responsible for peoples medical needs!

My prescription was sent on Feb 24th, it is now Mar 11th - and all they can tell me when I call is that it is “processing”. They were able to send it my first time using them (after I paid 55 dollars just to expedite), this time it seems they’re incapable of anything really. It’s wrong to keep patients without their medication for long periods of time…esp psych therapies. This pharmacy should be reported to the local board of pharmacy in Missouri and your local state. They shouldn’t be accepting this many customers if they can’t service the volume (yes it is against the law). I guess if enough people complain to the board of pharmacy, maybe they’ll bother to respect patients and limit the number and of scripts they can accept/service.
