Husband ordered chair in October. He received a phone call that it would be here in November. It wasn't. He then received a phone call that it would be in before Christmas. It wasn't. Then it was the first week of January. He then received a call from a "manager" that his chair was in and would be delivered the following week and he needed to pay. So he did...Guess what? No chair. And still no chair and now they are not returning his phone calls.

They are so unprofessional and inconsistent in every aspect possible . My chair has needed replacement and they don’t call you back and they don’t answer your calls.

I have been waiting for a repair for months. At one point customer service just lied to me telling me my insurance had turned whatever the hell that means. I have been calling for a battery charger all week and no reply as of yet among other repairs that I need

I just got my new Quantum Q6 edge 2.0 a couple weeks ago. This time it only took four appeals over a little more than 10 months but we got the insurance company to cover everything including ilevel. Then I find out they're only getting covered out of network and my insurance company is saying I owe over $7,000 for out of network copay! In a panic I called Emily to immediately let her know I can't keep this chair. She told me to hold on a few minutes while she checks with her boss because this is not normally something that's a surprise. About 5 minutes later she's on the line telling me I don't owe anything, her company is waving the entire out of network spread so disregard any bills I might receive. I will owe Rehab Medical nothing. I'm not sure where these guys come from but I suspect everyone has wings and there's lots of harp music playing. If I could get their app to work I would easily go five stars! Instead I have to pester Emily all the time who responds immediately even though she's a very busy lady. Whatever they pay her should be doubled.

I feel like they did a pretty good job, and would make a purchase from them again. They came to the house, took measurements of our doorways, my wife (she's the wheelchair user), and did a superb job of making sure all i's were dotted and t's were crossed with Medicare, so we only had to pay out deductible and co-insurance. They delivered a good product, though it has had some issues over time - it's been about a year, and it's had a couple cosmetic issues and I've had to make some adjustments on several occasions.

There are so many problems dealing with this company in regards to having repairs on my power wheelchair, I hope to never deal with them again when purchasing a new powerchair in 2 years
