I got someone calling me and telling it's going to be free THEN 16 months later I get a cocky little weird o that calls saying I owe Norwood pharmacy $160. Told me I'm getting billed each time of $10 for the shipments and I've been notified. He tried to get me to give him my cardnumber. I can only imagine what they will do with that had I given it to him. I tried to explain that's not what I have been told. They are billing my insurance company for 100 test strips and only sending 50. I've tried repeatedly to call and on hold forever. The little weird o said so you aren't paying? I said correct. I didn't even say okay to something that's supposed to be picked up from my insurance company. *****SCAM ALERT!!!!!! ******

Scam: An outside marketing company called and promised me a $50 gift card if I agreed to sign up for their prescription services. They never sent the card and after 3 months, I'm trying to cancel and they aren't sending me a confirmation email as promised. They asked why and when I explained why, they didn't seem concerned and blamed it on the "other" company.

This place is a scam. The same thing has happened to me and I am a nurse. I called my express scripts and they said they could not stop this to contact my doctor. I have called, am put on hold and cannot get anyone. I even contacted them and left a voice message. I am getting bag after bag of test strips. I am going to contact my doctor and tell them to void the script for this company. I hope this works. I am also going to write a letter to express scripts and to cigna.

There is something wrong about this company. For over a year I have been getting calls from Norwood Pharmacy asking me if I have diabetes, I say yes. Then I never understand what they say next. The guy doesn't speak english very well and he calls from a call-center in India which is very noisy, several people are talking in the background and the connection is bad. So I never understood what they were calling about. Finally I got a call from a woman that spoke english. I could understand her. She asked me if I would like a free talking meter. I said yes and a few weeks later I got the meter, but it was not a talking meter. Plus I received a bill for $15.00. I never paid it, because I was told it was free. A few weeks later I get an e-mail saying my next shipment it on it's way. I never agreed to join their service. It may be a great service, but I didn't agree to join. The e-mail address they gave me doesn't work. The only way to contact them is to call.
