I had a flat tire and drove up to the service area of Northwest Tire & Auto in Maryland Heights for assistance. That was a mistake. I asked if my tire could possibly be fixed. I was scolded by the manager as he talked on the phone “You probably shouldn’t have parked there. Right now I don’t have anyone that can fix that. All my men are tied up doing big jobs and the customer service desk is around the front. I did not need to know the reason that good customer service was not offered to me because of call ins and busy work from the receptionist. Yelling and making excuses is far from good service and quality from an auto repair shop. Dr. Collins

Took 6 hours to put a tire on. Tire guy doesn’t come in untill 9am apparently. If you are not a continuous customer then good luck.

I've gotten a hitch installed on two of my vehicles and never had any problems. Good price and great customer service. Shoutout to Joe for being extremely personable and helpful! Highly recommend Northwest Tire & Auto.

They worked me in with no appointment and got me back on the road for a reasonable price on two new tires. I've gone back to them since too replaced the other two tires and will continue to give these guys my business.

They are competent with your car but that isn't the reason to go. One of the employees that mans the counter is a lunatic in the best way. Pickup takes a little longer than you might expect if you get the lucky draw but you won't regret the time spent.

I needed an inspection and was able to get in very quickly. The staff is great and very accommodating. I have had service in the past and was very pleased. They are the best of the neighborhood service spots.
