I will never support a Holiday Inn again. This hotel turned away 2 20 year old young women at midnight who needed a room after a concert because they are not 21 years old. Instead they have to drive four hours back home in the middle of the night. The lady at the Front desk called them a “liability” due to their age. I guess she cares more about money than the lives of these women. We (the parents) signed extra paperwork so we could pay for the room from out of state. These girls can go to war for our country but can’t be trusted to spend a night in a paid for hotel room? What a ridiculous policy and shame on them.

Nice job! We’ve had a room reserved since February 26th for tonight only to show up and find out it’s been condemned! No phone call no email no carrier pigeon. Nothing! Top notch service!

Avoid this place like the plague. Worst hotel stay ever. Didn't honor our reservation. No bathroom in the lobby. Waited hours for them to tell us we couldn't have our room. Just stay somewhere else.

Made a reservation and was charged. Even received an email stating that my early check-in was accepted. When I got to the hotel, it was closed due to being condemned. Luckily found accommodations elsewhere.

Last night I stayed in the most disgusting Holiday Inn Express I have ever encountered. To say that this hotel is unkept is an understatement. In this new age of COVID, cleanliness should be the standard of maintaining a healthy environment for both the guests and the staff. From dirty carpets , broken furniture, plungers in the hallway, unsanitary bathroom and perhaps the worst, filthy air-conditioning filters. I cant help but think, that during this epidemic, the bathroom and air-conditioning unit, at the very least, should be maintained and sanitized. Ihg hotels are my first choice when traveling for work, but I'm starting to seriously think about changing hotel brands. Theodore Moriates.

Upon entry the staff member was very inviting, attentive and fast. We were on our way with keys in hand in less than 5 min. The room was incredibly clean and spacious. The food was good as well. It was peaceful and comfortable for the price. I'll definitely be staying

Just an average hotel. Nothing makes it special. Seemed clean but I didn't look to hard. Manager who checked me in was lil rude. Seems like if you were competing for customers that bad, you would be all smiles and making sure guest were happy. I would never be able to do what she does. The pool was locked up even though it was extremely hot outside. There was a really nice restaurant within walking distance (Dave and Busters). There was a Casino about 5 min down the road. If I was trying to decide which hotel in this area, I would pick a hotel that offers more than just a bed.

Janice is by far the most exceptional manager I have ever seen. I witnessed her caring demeanor for her staff and guests alike. The special way she makes every one feel goes above and beyond. She is a valuable asset to this company, and I hope she is regarded as such! The beds here are soft and comfortable. The room had a nice size tv, microwave, and small fridge. The breakfast was good. Ms. Jean was very nice and served it well. We enjoyed our stay, but Janice made our stay the best. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here 2 nights ago and was honestly disappointed. I don't stay in hotels often but I thought holiday inn was a nicer hotel and we'll kept up. I guess this location slipped though the cracks. When I walked through the lobby across the rug I can feel the tiles underneath moving because they're all broken. We got our room and they're are loose tiles in front of the elevator. Inside the elevator the tiles are all broken AND I actually picked up an entire tile off the floor of it. The room was ok. Nicer bed and furniture. Dresser was scratched up a lot and there was black AND white mold growing on the air conditioner.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms are small, but ours was clean when we first arrived though. Our room hadn't been cleaned after the first night. We had to call the front desk to ask them to clean it. They were not sure why it hadn't been cleaned. They sent us someone to clean it, who was upset and not friendly. After cleaning the room they left us without any towels for the next night. We had to call again and ask for towles!I'm not considering this place for our next visit!

Both rooms were dirty and old. The fourth floor corridor smelled like urine. The pillows smelled like other people. The shower curtain had yellow globs on it. There was no vent in the bathroom. The paint was peeling and the mirror light and the mirror were broken. Food waste covered the breakfast room floor and people were walking on it. Someone had tried to pry open room door locks and they were left broken. It took thirty minutes to an hour for the van to pick us up to bring us to and from the airport even though they were given our flight information in advance. The person at the front desk explained they just throw that away. The transport van was in bad condition with multiple warning lights.

Our stay was descent. There was hair on the bed and in the bathtub? and our drain would not close so that the kids could take a bath. So it was a little frustrating. Our phone was broke as well which wasn't a big deal but still you would expect these things to be in better condition. The breakfast was great and the front desk woman was very pleasant and it was very affordable.

Great hotel- quiet and cozy, plus the location is awesome (tucked away in a business park). The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because the breakfast is pretty bad. Powdered eggs and frozen everything. No bacon, no cereal. Hopefully that improves as my husband and I would love to come back!

During check in, the staff was helpful and friendly quickly checking in many people who were there for the concert. The shuttle to the Hollywood Amphitheatre was free, and fast both to and from. The 6th floor room could have been MUCH better. Smelled musty immediately walking through the door. Bathroom looked minimally cleaned with the shower surround and shower curtain rod falling apart in some places. Carpet needs a good shampooing. The walls next to the bed looked as though something was spilled on them in the past and either stained it or was never cleaned off. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast so I can’t comment on that. We will not stay here again. The LaQuinta Inn is right next door and looks as though they shuttle too. We will try them next time with fingers crossed.

Stayed there this past weekend and didn’t have a great experience. We arrived at 2:20 and they refused to check us or anyone else in because they claimed the rooms wouldn’t be ready until 3. Then at 3 there was a nearly two hour wait to check in. It was chaos that could have easily been prevented by better management. Fire trucks made two visits during my less than 24 hour stay, including to a 8 am fire alarm that went off for 15 minutes and woke the whole hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.
