My experience here was not good at all check in first room had mold go down switch rooms second room water took min to get hot also my heat didn't work at all kept calling front desk no on answer worse experience ever I finally get someone pickup around 4am in morning by then was time get up for work so want nothing he could have did for me. Then ask was i staying again a Second night why would I I slept the whole night in a cold room I ask for my money back. I was told nothing he could do for me worst experience ever.
And I'm diamond member at that

The hotel appears to be old. Just partially refreshed and remodeled. The front desk service was friendly and great. However, the lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and much of the rest of the facility, including hallways on the other floors, smelled very strongly of marijuana. That being said, our room was very clean and did not smell. One major thing to note is that we were unable to sleep much of the night die to the very loud noise from the bar next door, which did not quiet down until the bar closed at 1:30am.

One of the worst Hilton I have ever been.
I understand Hampton inns are getting old, but this one… broken furniture, missing window’s shades, dirty carpet, yellowish towels. Sorry, not a good place to stay for the price.

Pretty nice Hampton Inn. Restaurants are close by. The room was very clean. The only complaint I have is the room we had was not what my friend had ordered. The hotel waived my dog fee. Which is nice. Free breakfast which is awesome. The breakfast was awful. No fruit. One other thing, why no clocks in the rooms.

I've stayed at maybe 100 different Hampton inn hotels, and love them. This location is terrible, and this one is by far the worst. This hotel is so terrible that I'm booking another hotel tonight. Hilton needs to close this up. Place is dirty, disgusting smell, and they clearly don't care to improve.
Edit : no responses from owner nor staff, and they charged my card even though I did not stay the night. Took a phone call to get a refund.

Worst Hilton hotel I've been to.
1. Our room was not cleaned. Previous occupants left coins, room keys, beds unmade, food on the bathroom floor, and it goes on. 2. The tiled floors in the hotel are sticky and dirty. 3. Elevators feel like they're going to break any moment. 4. There is no microwave in the room. 5. Hallways are dirty and have a weird smell. 6. TV remote broken, had to unplug it to turn it off. 7. Luggage carts are small, and one was broken.
Staff is nice and helpful.
