“At first the gentleman I spoke to was very rude but spoke with Kenya and she is amazing at her job and hope more employees follow her lead.
After paying I received an email and read it clearly, this is what it states.
"Upon completion of this settlement arrangement, this account will be considered settled for less than the full account balance."
Nowhere did this appear on the options they gave me it said the agreement will be considered paid and removed from my credit. Now this is predatory as you are not informed that it will be settled for less prior to making payment.
Predatory company and 90% are rude with poor explanation and love ot hang up on you when you are trying to verify information because it doesn't affect their lives.
Great way to help disabled veterans who have trouble understanding! They'll let you sink.
On the phone with a 3rd account manager which will hopefully go better being a disabled veteran and having some personal issues. This manager Paula went above and beyond to help me understand and clarified everything for me and was extremely patient and I am so very thankful for that.”
