I broke down right next to their place and drove my car in and they fixed my tire right away as I was late to work. The following week they got my new tires in. It was affordable, fast and the communication was great. No upsells, just all the needed recommendations. They have now fixed my husbands jeep and even found something that was a safety concern and fixed that as well. Chris and JJ have gone above and beyond for my family and I will continue to take my vehicles there for all my needs. Highly recommend them!

This review also applies to Continental Auto Sales. I actually shopped for two different trucks at this location. The first one didn't really the meet my requirements, but the second one?...perfect. Both times, I saw the truck advertised on Auto Trader and I'm guessing they were not ready for my immediate response as neither truck was ready to be test driven when I first called. Kirk and Brandon were extremely diligent to make sure everything was perfect and ready to go. On both occasions, they stayed late so my wife and I could take the truck for a test drive. they also stayed late on the night we bought the second truck. Now, let me say, they sell used cars. Used cars tend to have issues and my beloved white Silverado did. I had it three days and it set a code. They took the truck back and fixed it. Unfortunately, the code required two additional trips back to them. Each time, they were very apologetic and got right on the issue. It was a little inconvenient, but I couldn't ask for better service. I am extremely satisfied, and I would absolutely recommend Kirk and Brandon to any of my friends and family. Excellent service and you can't beat the prices.

I am really surprised of all the negative reviews on this place.. I genuinely believe people have it confused with the other place right next to it bc my experience here was absolutely amazing. This was my first new car and dealing with Kirk felt like a dream. He was so informative, full of insight and information. He did not talk at me but to me and made sure I understood everything that was happening before I walked out. Kirk was genuine, kind, fatherly and didn’t fill the air with a bunch of car salesman bullcrap. Unfortunately, the car I bought from there was totaled within two weeks bc someone hit me but I will absolutely be going back to Kirk for another vehicle. I highly recommend this place. I don’t know about anyone else there but I know Kirk values his reputation and genuinely cares about your experience with him. Great place, great people. 11 out of 10! :)

Went here for a job, interviewed with Mike, shook my hand , told me I had the job at a set amount. I put in my 2 week notice at my job, fulfilled my obligations to them and when it was time to start work I then had to fill out an application, not 2 weeks earlier when I was told I had the job, no no no... So I've been sitting here unemployed for a week and they can't even take the time to give me a call.

Terrible hiring practices here at Fenton Auto sales. I interviewed, was told I had the job at a set amount and a start date. I hope you ask the right questions, and can trust the salesman to honestly give you the best deal. I apologized to a friend who for a comment I made that WAS NOT typical of the reputation of how people have thought of a used car salesman. But this response lives up to it. From their sales manager’s post:“You come to my dealership and don't ask the right questions then we deserve to make 5-8k off you. No different in a Jeweler, Lawyer, Real Estate Agent , Insurance Agent, and many more professions. As a judge would say ignorance to education doesn't mean they did anything wrong.”

Very rude sales, called to ask about vehicles and was told the one was sold and he apparently did not want to try to sell any others cause he just hung up. I was in the middle of asking if they had any others similar, I then called back acting like another customer and got the same response, hung up. His name was Mike, so at all cost avoid him or I would just avoid the group all together because that is just poor business
