We had to put our dog to sleep. Call FAH we had never been there but Dr. Chipperfield as so kind to Sadie. Spent time with her, talking to her & petting her. Talked to us and if she knew us forever, reassuring us we were doing the right thing for Sadie. She was so compassionate to us. If (or when) I get another dog, I will take her to Dr. Chipperfield. Other vet's I have been to didn't make me feel they really care about my dog or me. I highly recommend the Family Animal Hospital to anyone that wants a place that truly cares for your pet and treats you with respect and not like just another customer. The staff were kind and sweet.

Dr Chip is very personable and great with my dogs. I travel 50 miles 1 way for my pets to be seen by Dr Chip or Dr Lee

We love Doctors Chipperfield and Lee, as well as all their staff! They’re an incredibly hard working bunch. Their amazing dedication to make our fur babies feel their absolute best goes above and beyond. I can’t sing my high praises of them loud enough, but you know your pets are in the best care at Family Animal Hospital!

Hands down the best vet. Dr. Lee and all the staff have been fantastic with our two cats and with us as first time cat owners. So thankful we have found them.

Dr. Chip was so kind and personable. The office was very professional and during our saddest moment of putting our beloved buddy down, the environment and calm space to have our last moments with or buddy Joe we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you

Dr Chip and Lee mean well but unfortunately make too many careless mistakes to be trusted. It's a low profit business which leads them to take too many "clients" - which really means some get neglected. It's a shame.They look down on you if you don't share their views.

Went to see Dr Chip yesterday as a new client. She got down on the floor with my rescue Bailey and petted and loved on her her throughout our visit, giving her a very thorough exam. When she gave Bailey her vaccine, she did it so Bailey didn't even notice. She spent the time fully listening about Baileys complicated past, showing great empathy and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Chip, so glad I found her to take care of my precious baby!
