I recently had an outstanding experience with Custom Auto Center, where my vehicle was expertly repaired. Ken, the owner, and his skilled auto technician provided kind hospitality and meticulous body repair work. This shop’s dedication to providing great customer service is reflected in their reasonable prices. The perfectly matching color and carefully cleaned exterior were added bonuses, as was the quick repair time. I dropped off my car on a Tuesday, and it was fixed and ready by Friday. I will undoubtedly recommend Custom Auto Center to friends and family in need of top-notch auto repairs.

They were so quick, and the work is near flawless! Other shops stated it would be over a month to get our car in. These guys got us in the same week and had the parts ready in a few days. Dropped the car off on a Thursday and it was fixed and ready to go by Tuesday! Great customer service. No hassle and such kindness. The mechanic/front desk was very patient and informative. They repaired my car at a fair price and was done when they said they would be. I will take any future business to them.

I received a call, answered and she announced herself but it wasn't very clear. Then after I responded and asked who was calling, she hung up. I called back wanting to know what business was calling and for what. She very rudely responded "I have made no outgoing calls today" and was unnecessarily argumentative and rude. Very unpleasant. Find a new person to answer the phones and maybe have her work in stocking or something.
