This bank keeps disappointing.. Not only that from time to time they come up with new fees for their checking accounts that they start charging you without notification but also after being a customer for 20+ years (only because they are the closest to my house) the only clerk at the desks refused to do a notary verification on a signature for me reading a rental standards document! I asked him why and he said there are certain documents that they don't notarize... What a JOKE!@&@! I ended up paying for notarization at official Notary (took me $5 an additional hour of my time..) When I called the branch to get more information of what sort of documents they don't notarize I think I got to the exact same person who when he heard what I was calling about said "I'll call you later" and hang up... Ridiculous..The only reasonable person at this branch is Jimmy!

Ridiculous how slow the service always is at this branch. Just sat in line over 15 minutes in drive through. The two cars behind me gave up and left.

I went to this bank one week ago to try and open a checking account only to be told that I needed an appointment. The teller gave me an appointment for 10 am the following week. When I got the email it said 3 pm at time for which I was not available. Went to the bank today to try and open an account only to be told the next available appointment is tomorrow at 2 pm. Another time that I'm not yavailable. I give up. I'll take my business elsewhere

I had a 15 $ check from Discover Card. It was a refund of awards points for my mother who has passed away. I also had a refund check from a utility company. 347 $. They would not deposit the money in my Mother's bank account. I am also owner of the account. Jimmy was rude an uncooperative. He even stated there would have to be an exception, but he would not do it. Very poor customer service and a nonchalant attitude. Long time customer and should not have been treated in this manner. Very unhappy!

I have a problem with commerce bank working with me to deposit an insurance check that will get my home repaired after the July flood damage. The associates at my branch in Maryland Heights have been very helpful. Its the corporate office giving me trouble.

Commerce bank didn’t stop a white washed check and allows it to get cashed. It’s been over a month and our money is still not back eventho commerce has insurance. We filed everything they wanted

Worst customer experience at this particular branch specially from the head of the branch, My mom passed away and I need them to be verify some documents and they won’t do it for nothing, zero empathy to the customers

The new asst manager is not nice. Shes arrogant and disrespectful. She didn’t apologize for the 30 min wait. She’s smug and rude. She quick to be snotty and terrible customer service skills. She shouldn’t even be a teller there.
