I want to compliment your employee Lexee at your store on Page Ave.I only wanted to look and ended up purchasing a sectional. Lexee stayed her distance,gave me room to think,but answered all my questions.She was friendly and courteous and got all my jokes,which is a fun thing for me.When I was home,I had many questions and we texted.She never made me feel rushed or a bother.She is truly a great representative of your company.

Great place to shop for new furniture at discount prices! The young salesman who helped us pick out our new sofa, love seat, and end tables, Dalton Whiteman, was friendly, knowledgeable, and really helpful in making our selections! We like nice things, and Carol House has acres of nice things from which to choose! We love Dalton Whiteman and Carol House!!!:)

Julie Cole at the Maryland Heights store helped me find the perfect cabinet to use as a liquor cabinet. I had been looking for months for the perfect cabinet with no luck. Julie was so patient and understood my picky ways. She showed me a few that I loved, picked my favorite. Felt so good to be done looking. Highly recommend Julie Cole to anyone.

We have purchased several products from Carol House. When my physician suggested that we get an adjustable bed, where we would purchase it was a no-brainer-Carol House!! We received our adjustable bed today-7/27/2023. This was my second attempt at delivery. The first attempt, the delivery drivers were horrific! They were rude and disrespectful. I asked them to leave my home! Today, Shane and his crew were excellent! They were courteous, professional, and extremely helpful. Both Tiffany and Nicole in Customer Service helped me to regain my confidence in Carol House. They were both very helpful, professional, and they listened to my concerns. Thank you, Carol House for the Exemplary customer service that we are accustomed to! We look forward to our next furniture purchase!

Bought a couch and love seat. The couch was on on back order till the end of July. The love seat was available right away. We paid an extra $75 to have the live seat delivered early. Sold our furniture to make room for the new. Got a call that our new couch will not be in until October!! REALLY!!Terrible. We are just supposed except the fact what we were supposed to have and paid for in full, isn’t gonna be here till October.

I bought 3 pieces in 2020 and the 5 yr warranty. The fabric is disintegrating. Neither CH nor the warranty company wants to do anything to help!Jul 11Amy, I am still waiting for someone there to make me happy. I am open to suggestions.

Our initial sales experience was great. We knew exactly what piece of furniture we wanted and Anthony helped us find the display and place our order quickly. The delivery was a nightmare! The quality of the furniture that arrived was poor and the back was the wrong color. The drivers basically told us we were lying to them about what color back we ordered because the associate Anthony didn't write it in the order. We tried calling Anthony several times, left messages and never heard back. I called to speak with an assistant manager and was pawned off to a customer service manager. It was a nightmare of numerous redeliveries and installs, (including the time the driver dropped one of the pieces on the street and proceeded to act like nothing happened and tried to bring it inside), two trips to the store, and multiple phone calls. The customer service manager Stephanie promised after everything was installed we would be compensated for the extra time and energy we put into this. However I called her several times after we finally had decent pieces of furniture sucessfully delivered and installed, but never did hear back with a refund or store credit....not a dime. We have two more rooms of furniture we were looking to purchase soon, plus a basement we will be furnishing in The next couple of years. It's a shame Carol House handled this so poorly and lost all our business! The only reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1 is in the end (after several months) we finally received the furniture we paid for....though the ends do not justify the means!

My wife and I went to Carol House looking for a recliner. We were the first customers that morning. Tom was our sales person and showed us several recliners. Ended up buying two. Great experience and Tom was also great.

Highly would not recommend. As well as all races are open to browse and shop all races should be given a fair chance of employment. Applied for the Business Office Support position and was contacted via Indeed message from a lady by the name of Amy. Upon arrival I was given an application to fill out along with a short quiz with math questions.With my application I reviewed my resume that was submitted via Indeed to double check dates, location, along with short answered descriptions of past positions. I want to make sure all of my information was accurate. After the application I did the quiz. The quiz may have had 4 or 5 math problems. After completion I handed back to the ladies in the front (back office) and waited. I noticed that the only individuals that work at Carol House that look like me are older and are on the sales floor. Back office has no other nationality. Soon I am NOT greeted my Amy instead I am greeted by an HR Representative. She shook my hand and proceeded to tell me my resume did not match up along with ONE math problem was incorrect. I asked how my resume did not match with my application and she stated because my resume states currently working but my application states otherwise. I stopped her in her tracks stated “Thank you” and left.Regardless I wasn’t given a fair chance nor was any other questions asked about my work history, resume, background, values, views, the way I came up with the answers to the quiz. Nothing.Discrimination and prejudice at its finest.

I flew in to visit my daughter and her husband and I visited this place with my son-in-law. He bought bedroom furniture for their newly remodeled guest bedroom for my visit. The salesman was very polite and helpful. We didn't just talk about furniture, we also talked about our children and their careers. All the furniture there is so beautiful. I love the bed set and mattress he purchased. If I lived in St Louis, this is where I would purchase the furniture that I needed.

My wife and I purchased a bedroom set on April 29 from Carol House the Valley Park location. The experience we had was great! Our salesperson Ashley P was wonderful. She answered all our questions and was very informative about the furniture. She went above and beyond helping us pick out the right set. The day of the delivery the gentlemen Theo and Brian were great. They made sure everything was set up to our satisfaction. Needless to say we are very happy. We recommend anyone looking for furniture check out Carol House first. We will be sending family and friends there. Thank you Carol House!

We bought our sectional and coffee table from here about 3-4 years ago. The table has been great and will last us for a long time, but the sectional has been awful for the price. Within a year, all but one of the electric powered recliners had stopped working, even the ones we rarely used. The 3 cushions most frequently sat on were sagged and so uncomfortable within a year. Even the spot where feet rest on the recliner is sunken so that you feel the metal frame digging into your feet. Now the couch look all wrinkly and flat. You can feel the metal frame poking you whenever you sit as well because the cushion is just gone. An arm rest is sagging as well. I don’t know why the quality is so poor, but we now find ourselves having to search for a new sectional because ours is just so darn uncomfortable/ non-functional anymore.

I've bought several pieces of furniture from Carol House in the past and was very pleased with my purchases but this time around not so much. I was told it would work (even showed sales person the bed that was purchased a week ago) and purchased the wrong adjustable frame for a platform bed and didn't know until it was delivered. During that same delivery my sectional was damaged and had to be sent back. Another sectional was delivered the next week and would not lock together as expected. Very frustrating!

Went into the store on a Saturday before a Cardinals game with my wife JUST to look!! Anthony met us at the door, as is customary for Carol House, explained that we were only there to window shop. He understood and pointed in the direction of what we were interested. After a few moments/minutes my wife wanted more information. We quickly got Joes attention and he came to help. Gave us good information, very keenly aware of stock and timelines and options available for the item. WE made a purchase (much to my chagrin) The service did not stop there. We were met with Karenda to help us finally puchase arrangements. She quickly gathered information and we were on our way to the game in time for pregame festivities and beverages. I came in at a later date to make financial arrangements and Karenda again quickly came to help me. She was very nice in giving me the information I needed and assisting with my questions. I even got a chance to say hello to Brook! Thanks for the help! I want to let Brook know that I love the fact that Carol House offers free delivery and set up which is why I am a loyal customer!!
