My salesman Jade was excellent. He was very patient with me. He made excellent suggestions and went so far as to move furniture items to special locations in the store. This allowed me to get a feel for how the pieces would work in my home. Superb customer service.Also the excellent service continued with Tray in customer pickup. Tray wrapped my vases, assembled my chair, wrapped my chair and placed all items securely in my car. As a senior citizen shopper I truly appreciated this level of service.

I purchased a recliner last week which I won't receive until July, so I can't comment on the chair itself until I get it delivered.It appears the "owner" of CH responds to some of these reviews so I'm asking for clarification here of the "We'll BEAT any competitor price in the country!".I found the same recliner online from a "legitimate" 50 year old family business, for $1298 (CH price is $1470) sent the information to my sales person to investigate and discuss with her manager as requested. After a couple of phone calls from the sales person I accepted her "offer" because she couldn't sell it to me for the competitors price (due to their delivery and set up charges that aren't reflected in their price on line). She did say she could give me the competitors price if CH could leave the chair outside my house, and I could set it up and get rid of all the packing debris myself. I'm 72 years old. I'm not doing that.So, back to the issue. Does CH BEAT competitors prices or should there be a (*) after the slogan to indicate "conditions apply".

My husband and I just had a very positive experience selecting a sofa and two chairs at Carol House with the help of salesperson Drew Conrey. It’s because of Drew and quality merchandise that Carol House was the first and only place we shopped.

My wife and I bought a new dresser for our kids and when it arrived the second drawer from bottom was pushed in and would not open. There is a small damaged area next to the drawer. We contacted Carol House the next day and we were informed it would be nearly a month before anyone would come to look at it to see IF they would replace it. This is a first time experience with this store and I have to say the customer service would get a negative rating if possible. The review will be updated when the matter is addressed.

My first visit ever was a few days ago to help our mom find some new furniture. I was very impressed with this store. So much to choose from! I was even more impressed with our sales person, Drew. He was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable and helped our mom find just what she was looking for. I look forward to returning for my next furniture purchase. Thank you, Drew!

The overall selection is what first caught my eye, but the customer service my family received from Drew Conrey is ultimately what sold us! He listened and understood our time table for making a few purchases and guided us to the right solution. We’ll definitely be back to do business with him again!

First off- I absolutely hate to shop! I’ve wanted to buy a new sofa and mattress for 4 years and kept putting it off. On 5/24/24, I visited Carol House in Maryland Heights and Drew Conrey assisted me with my purchases after I explained what I wanted in a sofa. I found exactly what I wanted! If I’d known it was that easy to find and purchase what I wanted I’d not have waited 4 years! Drew made the experience so easy. He is my type of salesperson- friendly, knowledgeable and professional!

I’ve shopped at Carol House many times and continue to get great service each and every time. They have a wide selection of product and easily the widest selection of Flexsteel in the St. Louis area. That’s what I was looking for and was able to find plenty of options to custom order, both stationary and reclining Flexsteel. Definitely recommend.

Drew was wonderful! He guided me right to the items I was interested in purchasing and helped me with my decisions. He was so knowledgeable! This was my first experience with Carol House and the first time I have bought furniture in a very long time. Drew helped to make my experience very enjoyable.

We went to Carol House in Maryland Heights a couple of months ago to look at Sofa Beds for our spare room. Our salesperson, Anthony, was great at listening to our needs and space requirements and showed us what pieces met our requirements and were good quality. Of course, we added to that list of requirements as we proceeded through the selections and finally found one we really liked. The problem was that the arms were too large for our space. So, without hesitating, Anthony took us to the selection book where we found exactly what we wanted, in the style we wanted. Since it was a custom order we were able to pick out our fabric for the sofa bed and accompanying pillows, and we ordered it. He indicated it would be about 10 weeks which fit into our time frame perfectly. 3 days later, we went back and decided to buy an additional sectional couch for our living room. We had looked at a couple on our previous visit ,so we had an idea of what we wanted. Again, Anthony listened and helped us find what we wanted but not in the fabric on display.So we went back to the selection book and found exactly what we wanted and ordered it.Both pieces were combined on the same order and we were pleasantly surprised they were completed and delivered within 9 weeks. Our service at the store was outstanding, no hard sell, just listened to our needs and helped us find what we wanted. We were very pleased with our shopping experience and the quality of the furniture.Then on delivery day, the truck pulled up in the middle of the time frame we were told. The delivery guys were fantastic and efficient and had all our furniture in the house and set up within 30 minutes. They were very professional, accommodating, and very nice to deal with.Good job on all your great employees in the store and on the delivery routes. We will definitely continue to shop there when the need arises. One thing I appreciated (probably more than most) was that every communication was by phone or in person. No texts. It's so much nicer to deal with nice people than via an app on your phone. Thanks again.

Tiffany was wonderful to work with! Patient, knowledgeable and just in general such a pleasant person to speak with and have assist us in picking out and purchasing our new living room furniture. Will definitely be seeking her out on our next room refurnishing venture.
