The big guy was very rude and disrespectful to my fiancé. We walked in and were faced against a wall of anger. The guy is obviously in the wrong field. Didnt want to work with us and was Just blatantly rude and arrogant. Needs a reality check.. big time. Pull your cameras on 03MAR2020 during the 1800 hour and youll see how he spoke to us. I feel bad for the poor woman sitting in the chair who had to deal with him after we left.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I went purchase a charger on 2/26 and wanted to like page but phone was dead and I was in a rush. I did promise to like the page for the service I received.

Yes indeed as last review said "that gentleman" was probably Brian. He clearly explained the phones and phone plan and made it indeed a pleasant experience! I am very happy with the purchase and product. I have no doubt that Brian will soon be teaching New Boost Mobil employees to be excellent sales associates.

Bein' an older fella, I was impressed how Brian was able to patiently explain all the information I would need to make phone company change and gave me a sheet to write all the necessary information down. Thanks Brian.

They have great phones at a great price. They also got me 12gb of hotspot that came with my 50 buck plan. I'm happy I moved from metro to them. Customer service in store is much better and he told me they use the same towers as sprint. Thanks for all the help!

My son, who is mildly autistic, went to your store in Maryland Heights today and got somewhat confused about the questions the “manager†started asking him. He handed the phone to me to explain better to the manager what was going on. I refer to this person as the “manager†as she refused to give me her name after I had to ask her to stop yelling at me over the phone because my son was not able to verbalize what he needs.
