10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Working with Ed and Jeff was an amazing experience, they are very thorough, professional and timely with their work. I got hail damage repaired and it was such a quick turn around. They also went above and beyond for rectifying some issues with my insurance company. As soon as I got my car home after hail damage repair the roof started leaking! I looked in my rearview mirror and saw water coming down inside my vehicle in front of the sliding rear window. I found several issues. My truck bed cargo light had a significant gap around the entire lens. It appeared to not be seated correctly. (Found a couple of pine needles INSIDE the lens!) I was unable to tighten it down, so there was obviously an issue between the headliner and roof. I resorted to a bead of clear silicone around the entire lens. That’s when I noticed my stubby antenna on the roof could be lifted right up and appeared to be not secured. Again I resorted to a bead of clear adhesive caulk around the entire antenna base assembly. I noticed that the headliner appeared to be loose in some places. I did my best to secure it. They did a great job at dent removal, but were very sloppy putting things back together. Just a terrible job. But all you can do when selecting a dent removal shop is read the reviews. And they were excellent. Needless to say, I would not advise using this shop. Also, as a sidenote, they never did call me and tell me it was ready. I waited and waited, borrowing someone else’s car, and finally called them. They told me it had been ready! Just check around before you decide.

Went to Dent Devil (had used before), they were slammed with hail damage for 2 months. Found ADR on the WEB and talked to Jeff the owner who said come in now. Not only was his price 3/5 cheaper than DD, but he booked me in a few days later. His pro
dent guy got my small dent out perfectly in less than 1/2 hour!
I was so pleased with the way they do business, I will easily return. Jeff is very cordial and knowledgeable and made me feel quite at home while waiting. These folks are the real deal in
the way the treat customers. Jeff has 30 years experience doing this. Give Jeff a call (he will personally deal with you). BEST!!

Got my wifes car and my truck repaired here. Cant sing enough praises. Jeff is wonderful to work with, honest, transparent, down to earth. We Hadnt made claims before so was unsure how the process works but he explained everything and went to bat for us for supplements from the insurance. Vehicles look brand new and did them both in a few days. Highly recommend ADR for any dent repair you may need.

I cannot express how impressed I am with what ADR did with my hail damaged truck. Jeff communicated with me every step of the way. His work is impeccable. His shop manager, Ed did a walk around with me, and took his time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I will definitely take my vehicles there again if ever needed. And I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs PDR done in the future. Thanks again guys!

I called Jeff up after my 2015 500 Abarth was dinged in the rear finder after a couple of guys slammed there car door in to my car! Jeff was currently out of state but told me to go next door to Phil of classic style to get the dent taken out. I really didn’t have much fait as to normal when my car gets damage in that area of the piller they total it at times! But It was outstanding when I got my car back in less than an hour show room quality no dent in sight def will be back here as they definitely know what they are doing! ?? Thanks again Jeff! You the man!

Genuinely an amazing person! We were traveling and someone hit our car in the parking lot. We needed help and the work was a lot more than he usually does. All the other places were closed so he drove 20 mins on a Sunday to meet us at his shop and helped us take out the dent so we could get back on the road. We could tell that he didn’t care about his business at the moment. He cared that we were okay and helped us out without expecting to get paid for his help! Highly recommend!!
