Bought my truck with an older fass on it. The motor finally burnt up. Bought the titanium series as a replacement. 15k miles and 5k on filters later it burnt up too. I had a warranty, and Justin was super helpful on having me test everything to make sure it was the pump itself. Dustin however, was arrogant, acted like I didn't know what I was doing, and claimed there was no way the pump could have possibly failed, that there is less than 2% fail rate. I paid the core, swapped pumps, bench tested my old one (for the third time), and sent it in for fass to test. The next day, Justin called back and said it was a failure in the pump and I would be getting my core money back and keeping the new pump (guess it fell under that 2%). I don't much care for the new wiring harness as it uses a piggy back style fuse older that tends to fall out. I liked the old style that triggered off the factory lift pump harness on a 24 valve. But I get it, everything has to be idiot proof. It was an ok at best experience, but I liked fass because they are a local company and I always try to support local. Really, i guess it depends on who answeres the phone is what kind of experience youll have. Maybe next time I'll try airdog.

Purchased a fass system, sump kit, and fuel filter delete kit for my RAM 6.7. Had an issue with the water in fuel light going off and Jake was quick to respond to me and get support to help resolve the issue.

I’m completely disappointed in this product. Every time I change the filter air gets sucked into my fuel system. I called four times today and each time I selected the callback option. Not once did I get a returned phone call. I’ve been stranded on the side of the road for eight hours now With no help from fass.

I realize there are a lot of folks with good stories, but not me. Had a shop install a fass kit, then the truck wouldn’t run right. Pump was faulty out of the box. After two weeks of arguing about “if” that qualifies for a warranty replacement the shop just bought another to install to get me on the road.

Bought a fass 165 C11 165G 5 years ago registered for warranty as they said. Pump motor is bad. Tech support is super hard to deal with. Guy was very rude. Did not want to warranty the pump. Not worth the money buy air dog customer service and warranty is so much better.

Rude customer service. Hard to order what you need when you only say "find a dealer" and won't tell a person where the closet dealer is. Will take our business else where.

Pump did not last three years because of an o-ring seal. They do not offer a simple seal kit and want $415 plus shipping for replacement assembly or send it in for a "rebuild". How can you rate customer service when there was none?
