Everyone that works at this pharmacy is so incompetent it seems. They can never refill a prescription on time and they seem to have a very biased opinion on people based off what they are prescribed. I've been using this pharmacy for almost 2 years and it's been nothing but hell to deal with them. I'm going to make a switch to a better pharmacy, with better people that work there, and who are capable of getting the job done. Having to call 3 days in a row to remind them to fill it and still having issues is bullcrap, yesterday I was told my medicine would be ready in 20 min, well here it is the next day and still hasn't been filled nor us there any insurance or Dr's issues that would cause it to not be filled. Just pure retardation

Been waiting on an omnipod for my son forever now. Never was able to get it filled because in their words "insurance issues" as soon as I transferred the script to Walmart it was filled same day... This is the worst Walgreens I've ever dealt with

I do not recommend this pharmacy. I have been in the Missouri area, 5 months, and this staff is unprofessional, inept, and they duplicate their efforts, all the time. My physician and his staff, as well as myself, are irritated, with them, on a daily basis. Avoid this establishment!

This is the worst pharmacy in the entire country. They constantly messed up our prescriptions. They're always short staffed and have extremely long wait lines. They're computers constantly glitches and doesn't allow them to print what they need to get your prescription. I have been to some pretty poor pharmacies in the country, but this one takes the top of the list. Now I'm going to have to go an entire week without my prescription because of this pharmacy until I can get it transferred to Walmart pharmacy.

So tired of dealing with Nikki. She is so freaking rude EVERY time we go in there. I'm not sure if she knows but we as customers are what keeps her job!!! Between them switching the hours and then not providing customer service because they are just so busy constantly. Maybe Walgreens should stop pushing out all the mom and pop pharmacies. And focus on making their crew go through proper ways to treat customers.

Be great if they actually kept the hours they say. I pulled in at 9:50pm. They don't close till 10p.m. was walking up to the doors and they lock them

Pretty bad service, like walk around and look at you but not perform customer service whatsoever. Their pharmacy is slower than ordering to-go at a gourmet restaurant, rarely do i see people at the register. Just kinda sucks

Husband and I went there to get an official covid test for our jobs, after testing positive at home. My husband and I both took tests, and I heard them arguing in the back how to handle the test, saying "did you even read the directions?". My husband was tested twice for some reason, and despite being very sick, got a negative while I got a positive. I needed verification for my job, so they gave me a terrible printout with ink smeared all over and no date. My job could not accept it, so I called and asked for an email, and they said they don't give any results via paper or email, and that my printout was an exception. What was the point in paying $40 for a third party verification if they can't even deliver results for a job?? What a waste of money. The ladies were also rude and did not know what they were doing. We're never coming to this Walgreens again. Super unprofessional.

Cindy the pharmacist is very unprofessional. She insulted my family and made a fool of her self yelling at my husband. What's bad is even when your doctor says they can tell that a patient isn't like by a pharmacy an that it's unfair treatment at that pharmacy establishment the rest of the store is amazing 5 stars on it.

This place was great throughout the pandemic and now these hard working employees during labor shortage. It's nice because you can get almost everything here and it's such a small store you can park right in front and then run in and run out. If the front checkouts are busy usually they'll take you at one of the other registers like the photo department. Everyone is so helpful. Glad to have a Walmart in town. I just wish they would carry the vegan chocolate ( cashew milk) in the vegan ice cream like some of the other Walgreens.

Marshfield Walgreens Pharmacy is HORRIBLE to their patients!! When you bring up concerns or questions you are given the excuse that there are so many other patients and prescriptions they are trying to keep up with, they don't have time to worry about you. You are just a nuisance to them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

There was three cars in front of me when I got there and finally after waiting 25 minutes I got to the window the guy that was up there waited probably 15 minutes in at the window so not sure why you guys let people drop prescriptions and fill them while they wait in the drive-through when there’s 5or6 cars in the drive-through

Very poor service. Iong time customer UNTILL I had to start using there pharmacy department to get my prescriptions. I was treated very poor, they're always very rude with the exception of one or two good people that do work back there. I've never had such a hard time anywhere else. Once I was even accused of lying/stealing basically. After picking up a prescription of just 15 pills I got home and there were only 6 in the bottle, mind you these are very expensive pills and I don't have Insurance. So after going back and telling them what had happened I was basically told I was lying and that the counts were all correct and they weren't going to do anything about me paying ALOT of money for 15 pills but only actually recieving 6 at all untill I asked for help and also asked if they had cameras on the person who put the pills in the bottle which they did. Thank God they did! After over an hour of sitting there while they belittle,embarrass, and shame me while someone else checked the cameras, they finally found out and came to the conclusion that they were wrong and they ended up giving me the rest of the pills they shorted me....that's just one example of there poor service. I strongly encourage you to go to a different pharmacy!
