They were honest and answered our thousands of questions with care and sensitivity. We unfortunately lost our boxer but they allowed us time with her with no pressure to leave. The cremation process was outlined clearly and with absolute heartfelt love. It's obvious they all love what they do and care about the entire family. “I had to take my old cat, Brownie, there to be put down. She had lived a long life and gotten to the point where the quality of life wasn’t good, and she lost control of her bladder and couldn’t hold it anymore. Eventually the family came to the conclusion the best thing we could do for her was to have her put down, so she wouldn’t suffer anymore. Upon arrival they checked us in quick, and when her time came to go to peace, they were so kind and gentle with her, and with me as I cried. The vet was quick yet gentle, and very understanding. They even offered us a box to put her in. Very professional and kind.”
