I visited this store on Friday 27th September 2024 to buy two drinks from the Starbucks. We ordered a latte with four sugars which they didn’t put in and an English breakfast tea with my milk in a separate cup as I like to brew my drink first. Well god knows what they gave me but it wasn’t a tea it was some sort of cinnamon flavoured crap. We both didn’t realise until about 10 minutes down the road. Both drinks were ripped away and drank. So either train your staff on making a drink properly or employ staff that actually know how to make a drink.

I just love paying 2.50 for a cup that is old. Unfortunately, I won't be eating the rest of it. The cupcake itself is very dry with a slight burnt and old taste. The icing tasted terrible on top of being old it has absorbed the fridge taste. What a disappointment.

It's a very fine store to go to and you're in town so I like it a lot they have just about everything you need.

Seems like nobody was in the mood to work today, just standing around in groups. Deli was trying to figure out what to do about being out of rows of pre-made salads. Just overall a frustrating experience.

Sat in front of bakery counter for almost 30 minutes, waiting while people behind the counter just stared like I was standing there for no reason. While losing one customer probably isn’t a big deal to these people they should probably practice better customer service.

I'm really complaining about the customer service. I purchased bacon and when I got home realized it was expired by over 2 weeks. So I had to make a trip back to get bacon that was not expired. I went back to the bacon Isle to get the same bacon and it too was expired. So I got a different brand of similar quality , but the price was about a dollar more per package. I thought that maybe because I had to come back they might honor it and call it good but instead they had me pay for it. I did that willingly because it's fair to them, but it would have been a nice gesture to offer some sort of meaningful apology.
