Took 2004 GMC canyon here. The belt was squeaky and I had hadn’t had brakes done in a long time. I also needed an inspection and an electric door lock fixed. Handed the service guy a note with all this stuff, but it seems they only focused on the lock and inspection. Said the brakes were fine and belts were good. After paying 500 for them to fix the lock, I got my truck back and it was still squeaky. I took it back after researching myself and finding a water pump that was causing the pulley to bounce around. They quoted me 950 dollars to change a water pump and fan clutch! I ended up having to pay a diagnostic fee(even though I told them the problem). 250 dollars later and 3 hours of my time I replaced the water pump, fan clutch and cracked belt. Won’t be going back.

One of the smoothest transactions I've ever had in a car buying experience. I found what we were looking for on the Marshfield Chevrolet Facebook Page. Low mileage used Equinox in a color we liked and equipped with almost everything we were looking for. Drove to the dealership, the salesman Rolla greeted us at the door. Told him what we found, he brought the car around for a test drive. After driving it we confirmed this was the one we wanted and the transaction was done!

Well we went to the dealership and it was by far a great experience. They worked with us and we didn't have to sit there for hours. Shout out to Chase Wilson he was excellent.

Probably the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Our ford broke down and they let us trade it in for more then what i could have gotten selling it on my own. Very smooth process and everyone was really cool and helpful

Stan was amazing! I bought my first car, he helped me find the right fit, and he helped every step of the way! Definitely keeping them in mind if I find myself ever getting another vehicle.

Came by to check out a Jeep Gladiator I saw online, had a very good experience, I was there for probably a good 15-20 minutes and no one came out to bug me about buying, it was all unlocked so I got to poke all around the vehicle and didn't get harassed checking it out.

This dealership was amazing to work with! Their whole team made my car buying process super easy & quick. Specifically, we had Jody Cromer as our car salesman. Jody was so much fun to work with. He went out of his way to make sure that we felt 100% confident in our purchase. Jody was so personable, funny, and honest, which I appreciated tremendously as a first time vehicle owner. We will definitely be coming back when we need new vehicles and will be referring this dealership with Jody Cromer as a salesperson to everyone!

Buying a car doesn't have to be stressful. Stan with Marshfield Motors showed us that! He was both informative and patient as we had some logistics (work and distance) to navigate in order to make our purchase. Dennis (in services) gave us hope in dealerships again. We purchased a suburban from a dealership in Springfield and have had nothing but issues with them not actually fixing the problem, and poor communication, etc. you name a negative thing, and that dealership is the it.
Dennis and his team have been pleasant to work with, have had great communication, and worked with our warranty provider to help cover costs of maintenance. We thought we had the issue fixed, it happened again, they immediately got us back in again.

From the moment we stepped in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the entire team made us feel valued. Me and my fiancé drove 2 hours to look at a car that we found online. Our car salesman, Stan, deserves special recognition for his outstanding professionalism and customer service. Thought my husband and iwould come out to look at vehicles today just to get some options. Started out horrible pushy already telling me how much something would be monthly before even saying hi to us. Then after discussing what we would like to look at the sales man as we were talking outside just takes it upon himself to smack my shoulder. It don't matter play or not it the fact of u don't touch customers. Ruined experience we left without looking at anything at all. Thought that atleast they would know better then to never touch a female period or a customer besides handshakes. Pretty disrespectful and I feel quite violated as a female that a male would smack a female. My husband heard it over traffic.

Didnt buy but the salesman was mostly respectful of us not wanting to be bothered. 4 instead of 5 cuz he still pushed us a little.
