“I was 300+ miles from home, traveling through Marshfield when I was involved in a relatively minor accident that rendered my SUV undriveable. A&J was able to start work on it the same day, no doubt putting other jobs aside temporarily while they attended to my emergency. They really went “above and beyond” to make needed repairs before the weekend ( the accident occurred on a Thursday morning) so I could continue on my way with minimal delay. Despite difficulties and the job taking longer than initially thought, (due to rusted & seized bolts that had to be cut out) they replaced the damaged parts and had my vehicle ready to go before closing time on Friday! Kyle was very honest & straightforward and took the time to explain to me what repairs they made and his recommendation that another part be replaced soon because of corrosion. “My wife was driving down the interstate about 10 miles outside of Marsgfhekd when her tire pressure instantly went down. I sent her to southwest tire as it was the closest most easily accessible location near her. They were very accommodating , friendly , professional and helpful. Although they didn’t have her tire in stock they were able to get it mounted and ordered within the hour and get her back on the road. Won’t find a better location . Blessed in a time of need with friendly and fast service .”

The work was clean, reliable, and arguably the most important in this world today, affordable!Secondly, a lot of the reviews seem skewed from my perspective/interaction.
