So wonderful. I cannot praise this company enough. I got locked out of my home very late on a weeknight and Craig came out within 5 minutes and got me back into my house in under a minute! He showed up 15 minutes earlier than what he said he would and asked if I needed anything. He was very comfortable made conversation the whole time. He had all of the correct tools to do everything that needed to be done without harming the vehicle. His rates are the lowest in the surrounding community. He’s very reliable. I would recommend Thompson Towing LLC to everyone.

A wonderful experience. I called and was answered right away. We scheduled for 4 pm to unlock my car. At four he was there, and it was even raining. He was able to unlock my car within 5 minutes. I definitely will be calling again if I ever need assistance again.

Took Thomp about 10 mins to get to me and get some equipment flipped back over. Very efficient and friendly. Highly recommended, especially during a time of stress these situations usually are. 11/10!

My son locked his keys in his truck that he just had purchased ,and that was running and were getting ready to drive to school. I called at 7:25am and by 7:55am my boys were on their way to the school house and we live 25 minutes away. AWSOME customer service! Thanks again!Service: Car lockouts

Amazing service! Answered the call right away and was present to get my son and I and our broke down vehicle off I-70 within 15 minutes of the call. He connected me with a mechanic and a car rental place nearby and took us to those places while we took care of business. This was first class service and at a great price. I am still blown away how well Thompson Towing & Recovery handled our emergency situation. Such a blessing.

I called needing an emergency tow on a Sunday and Mr. Thompson was there within 15 minutes of me calling him. He was kind and respectful and charged me a fair price to go from Marshall to Columbia.
