Horrible experience with T Mobile. Went to get a gateway device for Internet service and had an error code on device after set up. A ticket with tech support was started by a store employee after I went back to the store about it the following day and I was told they would contact me in 48 hours. A replacement device ended up being sent out, which also did not work and gave me the same error code. Decided I would cancel my service and take both devices back and return at the store (had received an email with a shipping label to return the first defective device, but also said in the email that I could return to the store). The staff member told me she couldn't take them back because it would "mess up their inventory" and that they'd have to be shipped back and I needed to call customer service to get a second shipping label to return the second device. She didn't look up my account info or anything to see what had already been done in my account. With the exception of one worker who started the tech support ticket, I felt like everyone I dealt with in the store or on the phone either had no idea how to address the issue or didn't care about addressing the issue. Very disappointing customer service experience.

Me and my families visit to the Marshall T-Mobile store was one of the best customer service experiences that we’ve ever had. We were helped by Katie and Veronica and they were very polite and helpful but also brandished a whole new definition of the word professionalism. They made us feel like we weren’t just customers and showed a vested interest in getting us exactly what we wanted and needed. Now my family has a better service that will work hard for us instead of the other way around. Thank you Katie and Veronica for helping us and showing an exemplary form of both pride and professionalism in what you do. I give them and this T-Mobile Store 10 stars but google only goes to 5!

Helpful even though they didnt service my area.UPDATE: They have started home Internet access in my area and are a flat $50/month all included. It's 5G and it's FAST! I'm very happy.

Benjamin was helpful at first but had mis communication and was in a rush to get me out the door. I needed help getting a phone and was transitioned to another worker. I was going to leave a one star but Katie saved it. She was calm and understanding. Showed me what Benjamin was trying to inform me. I’m a visual learner and that really helped me settled down and do business with T-Mobile!! Thank you KATIE!!!!

People are very helpful. Only mishap was we got accidentally charged wrong plan, but, it was fixed right off. Fixed a phone that went out, seem knowledgeable, I miss that!

Love T mobile won't go anywhere else when I had ruff times they were there for me I love the jump program wish they get little better things on the tue app but besides that love that they got a store in Marshall MO love how friendly staff are even in Sedalia MO I Just started with there Internet we love it had MMU internet first when my son would play his PlayStation and everyone had there phones on and TV going he would lag but switching to TMobile he not complain once so for I so greatful again THANKS AND LOVE YOU T-MOBILE

Got a new family plan with my Mom and a new phone. The cost for the plan was absolutely the best value without any sacrifices with speed, or anything else for that matter; plus t-mobile has the most hotspot data that I've seen that was reasonable. I am a very happy camper and want to thank Nancy for helping make this a smooth transition, and making us feel like we were walking out of the store with an excellent deal. No surprises with the billing either.

Went in to get my new phone changed over and had a wonderful experience with the staff in Marshall. The customer service I have gotten all around from T-Mobile is the reason I have stuck with them for going on 8 years now. I feel absolutely terrible for not remembering the names of everyone working there that day. In my next review I will give them a shoutout when I find out haha!
