Affordable but not well maintained would also avoid visiting after dark especially if you so not know the area well or are on foot hard to get in contact with and lots of strays and crime

I used to live there and it's not bad with the new management, but they are hard to get ahold of.

A nice quiet neighborhood where children are safe to play outside! A rare find these days.
