I am usually a Caseys fan and have shopped at mid mo stores for years and have been satisfied considering it-is-what-is. Today though I had a disappointing experience at the Marshall MO store on College. First off, no receipt tape at the gas pump. I guess you'd say, no biggie, probably, because it happens almost all the time. But damn, it was cold, and the least they could do is fill the tape dispenser. But heck no, and the cashier didn't bother apologizing. Then, there was a car parked at the air pump. Never did move. Third, most annoying, there were ZERO hot food items for sale. And there were no employees in the kitchen except a woman wailing about what a mess the kitchen was in. Well lady, what mess was there? There was no food in sight. Last, there were several people waiting in line. For what, I ask? There was nothing to wait for, and apparently nothing being prepared and nobody to do any actual preparation. OK, folks, might as well close her down. A very poor excuse for a store, I am sorry to say.
