“I have been having lots of problems with my phone for about 3 months ago so much I was going to go to a different cell phone company I decided to go into store here in Columbia Missouri I was so disappointed there was 3 workers there the young lady informed me that they no longer had service technician in stores she looked at my phone and informed me that my power button had went inside the phone she told me my phone was under a warranty and she gave me a number to call and said they would mail me a new device she didn't inform me I had to pay $50 something dollars first I tried and tried to do that never was successful at it so I gave up I went to Marshall missouri to visit family I saw the T-Mobile store decided to give it another shot before I switched company's the young ladies were so nice to me I ended up buying a new phone screen protector and back cover the young lady who sold me phone and set it up was name Katie but I had lots of questions and the other ladies name Lexi and Veronica answered all my questions by the time I left there I told them I have 3 new daughter's them and they had a extra mom!!! They were great I will directly tell anyone here in Columbia you will be more happy with your service if you drive to Mardhall!!!!”
