This "Bank" is incompetent and thieves! Stay far away!! Their apps are worthless. Almost everybody has no idea what they're doing! This is by far the worst bank I've ever dealt with!! I have filed a complaint against them today, through the proper authorities, for bad banking practices! Your money is not safe with them! They will run transactions through and then backdate them to prior days and charge you fees for it!!!

Katie was helpful and conveyed she was new politely. I needed help with breaking down my statements and she was all alone no one bothered to help her or me . A nice gentleman seemed polite but wanted to be relieved… thanks Katie.

I've been with this bank since they took over from Bank Midwest. I have been so happy with their customer service, and today topped all of my expectations! Jamie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions. Thank you!
