Great location. Horrible customer service by Regina. She is constantly rude. She tried lying about the laws in regards to being late two weeks. Told me state wide if I didn't pay immediately that they would put lien on my belongings. I said by law you cant. Regina said its all storage units that have been switched. I informed her i knew that she was lying and i would love for her to try enforce it. And I said if this was true we would have to have been given a notice. So I have stopped paying completely. I have received several notices. Each notice has different dates on lein. Yet they keep charging me. One date said pay within 15 days the next said 35 days.... so obviously not the best place

As far as pricing and convenience go, this place is great. As far as customer service and communication goes, all prior reviews are accurate. Office hours are part time at best. The front office lady is always a real gem to talk to - It’s as if you have interrupted her 4 hour work day.

How do you expect any business, or current to pay or anything if no one answers the phone or the office is always locked. Very rude we will take our business else where very soon. All others avoid this place.

This place is impossible to deal with. The staff is incredibly rude especially the front office lady. Never understanding, very hard to get a hold of and very hateful with the comments. I will certainly be looking for other storage options.

Been dealing with this place for almost 2 years, hardly every have any issues. Good security, But when it comes to making payments and asking questions, trying to get ahold of anyone is next to impossible and if you get the 'wrong department' you get short, snippy and rude remarks. I don't like the attitude of 'Miss Regina', it's extremely unprofessional and definitely off putting, I will be finding a new place to store my items because of this alone.

Not a fan at all, we have used their storage units for a little while now. Can never get anyone to answer phone, their lines were down the other day so I called the back up number no answer. Sent me a late notice which I understand I was late, was going to pay it this Friday when I got paid and they put a lien on my stuff. No second notice, no call. Definitely will be removing all my stuff ASAP!!!! Very rude and inconsiderate

Secure storage facility. Decently priced. Sometimes it's hard to reach the office to pay, but they are quick to respond if you leave a message.

Not really happy. Recently found out that if you want to get into your things after hours you have to pay another monthly fee...what??? Also, been there 3 years never ever missed a payment becz I had knee surgery, we missed one in July...by 2 days and they charge a late fee (which I get) but would not even consider waving it, even though they considered us good customers. Becz of this my father has elected to move our stuff...which breaks my heart becz the location is perfect...but when you get no customer caring or service and you are never allowed to speak to the owner about these things...than you move on. But it has excellent security and nice units. So you choose.

Staff is not there when needed. I have 24hr access and I have been denied access to my unit. No one to call or message because it's a sunday morning. No true 24hr service.

Impossible to deal with. We had to clean out my mom's storage after she passed away, and they went out of their way to make that even more difficult than it already was. Regina was unfailingly rude, invariably unhelpful, and I'm more than grateful that I NEVER have to deal with her again. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.

I've been using this Storage facility for years. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and always there when needed.
