This community center was the base of operations & served as a meeting place for an event for D23, the Disney fan club, in town for an event related to the company's centennial celebration & the dedication of a new clock at the nearby Walt Disney Hometown Museum.A couple hundred guests gathered in the main space, after being warmly welcomed by the town who'd gathered outside, & were also taking advantage of some of the day's events, & we enjoyed a discussion with an Imagineer, some snacks, & getting to know our fellow Disney fans. BUT, the vending machine outside of the community center ate my $1.75 that I deposited for a Dr. Pepper & there was no contact information on how to get a refund. It was over 90 degrees outside & I really wanted that Dr. Pepper. I was livid.

The people in this town are the absolute best, I had the pleasure of visiting the community center and meet a lot of great people. Looking forward to my next visit just the conversate with the people of the town.

Great Home Made Lunch and/or Dinner! Menu changes weekly; so does the Cook:-0. Lovely concept. Also much, much great homemade anything, plus some:)! Best popcorn I've ever had. So, tons of goodies/breads/sweets, natural lovingly raised chicken eggs; clean pork:), even cookie dough varieties. Besides food vendors, there are really neat merchandise vendors to shop, also. Great place to visit, eat, greet, meet & shop Local/MO... Just all around very welcoming energy & crowd. And Best Ham Dinner, ever!:) Thank you for the great hospitality, everyone!:)

I love the Center for gatherings like last night's Alumni banquet! So roomy and comfortable. It is a feather in our caps for all of us in this wonderful community! Viva la Marceline! Great place to call home!

Great place to rent for hosting weddings, banquets, and other events! Community events are held year round, including craft fairs and farmers markets. The foyer displays memorial and honorary wall bricks donated by area citizens. A very welcome addition to the uptown area of town!
