I was traveling alone with my toddler when my car caught something on the highway that affected my bumper. I heard from some locals that Spencer's would be a great place to be seen quickly. I called, and they got my car right in and fixed it quickly. The waiting room was clean, and the staff were kind and friendly! I was so impressed with their speedy, great service and even more shocked when the price was MORE than fair. I tried to give them a large tip and they refused. I was nearly moved to tears by their kindness! I was able to get back on the road safely, thanks to them! I only wish I lived closer so I could support their business more. :) Their business was consistent with my experience of honest, good people in Marceline, MO!

We had a Pontiac Torrent and it needed a heater core replaced. They told me the part was $800+- and the labor would be additional. The part is $75+- across the street at NAPA. This is not the first experience with them but I thought I would inquire as they are a local company. They told me once before that no-one replaced exhaust parts as they are all stainless steel now. What?? I honestly don't know how they've stayed in business and would never recommend them, even to an enemy!

These guys are pretty darn good. They've always done a good job, and they recently squeezed me in to patch a leak in my tire before the big snow storm came.

Broke down on road trip. Friendly gentleman answered the phone and got me a tow from 15 miles away. Then (almost immediately) in the shop for a quick fix. From the time we called to the time we were back on the road was extremely impressive. Clean, well organized shop with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!!
